1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user may hold only one account on the jili meter platform. Creating duplicate, fake, or shared accounts is not permitted and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your password, confidential at all times. jili meter will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the jili meter platform, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, or forfeiture of funds without notice.
5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on jili meter are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports local payment methods including GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers. Transaction processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment provider.
Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate and belong to accounts registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. jili meter reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawals.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the transaction process. jili meter may apply processing fees under certain circumstances, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation. All bonus-related transactions are subject to additional terms stated in the relevant promotion terms.
jili meter is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems, payment processors, or third-party service providers beyond our direct control.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. jili meter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failure, connection issues, or service interruption.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
jili meter reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if a user is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. Where feasible, jili meter will provide notice of account action and allow the affected user to withdraw any eligible balance prior to closure.
